Bug Report

1. The program was not correctly reducing federal, state, OASDI, and Medicare Applicable Wages to account for pretax deductions, which meant too much money was being withheld for these items because the deduction percentage was also applied to the pretax deduction. This has been corrected. (Case 2109)

Bug Report

Bug Reports

1. An error would occur if you tried to change the time on a scheduled inspection. This has been corrected. (Case 2060)

2. If you viewed the Maintain Units screen from the Inspection Detail screen, it caused two errors on the Inspection Detail screen: A) The program would insert a comma after the street number in the tenant's address. B) The Landlord field would be updated incorrectly, so that the first name and middle initial were duplicated. These errors have been corrected. (Cases 1949 and 2041)

3. On the Scheduled Inspections report, tenants' street and apartment numbers were printing twice for Quality Control inspections. This has been corrected. (Case 1523)

Tenant Accounts Receivable

Bug Reports

1. We corrected two errors that would occur when users were taking payments.

A. The following error message would appear sporadically when users were taking payments: "Amount to apply cannot be greater than payment amount ..." This has been corrected. (Cases 809 and 1997)

B. The following error message would appear when a user tried to take a payment from the Account Summary or Account Details tab for a new tenant move-in: "Error performing 'Enter Payment Information': Table: Cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset." This has been corrected. (Case 2151)

2. Receivables from escrow and revolving accounts were not being included in Direct Debits. This has been corrected. (Case 2122)

3. If you chose the Print Summary Only option for the Receipt Listing report or the Receipt Listing by Development report, the report still printed in detail, instead of in summary. This has been corrected. (Case 1040)

4. If your agency chose the Active Lease Required option for a Late Fee Policy, the program would still generate late fees for prior tenants, without active leases. This has been corrected. (Case 2223)

The Active Lease Required option is a checkbox in Setup for Late Fees.
